No one looks forward to a hospital stay, but at Tomball Regional Medical Center, we work hard to make sure your visit is as pleasant as possible. Here are a few things you should know about your room and our hospital in general that can help make your time with us restful and healing.

Television: Televisions are provided in each room for your enjoyment.

Telephone: Telephones are provided in each room. To make calls, please follow these directions:

  • Local calls can be dialed at any time by dialing 9 + area code + number.
  • Long-distance toll calls can be made at any time by dialing 9 + 0 + area code + number. Hear a tone and give your credit card number or wait for an operator for assistance. Long-distance calls cannot be charged to your room. You must use a telephone calling card or major credit card, or make a collect call. Telephone calling cards are available in our gift shop.
  • Please give your phone number to friends and family so that they can dial you directly. Your friends and family would dial 281 - 401 - 3 + (room number). Example: Room 245, friends and family would dial (281) 401-3245.

Private Rooms: All of our patient rooms are private and include a personal desk, a vanity counter, a private restroom and closet. Window seats convert to beds for overnight guests.

VIP Suites: VIP suites are also available for an additional fee. They include additional square footage and a separate living area.

Fire Safety: For your safety, we conduct fire and disaster drills regularly. If a drill occurs during your stay, please remain in your room and don't panic. The hospital is a fire-resistant building and our staff is trained in fire protection.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Meals:Patient meals are provided. Patients and visitors are also welcome to use our cafeteria.
